Échelle salariale : 21 $ à 25 $ de l’heure, selon l’expérience.
Qualifications :
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule fiable afin de se déplacer entre les différents immeubles
  • Expérience en location résidentielle ou en gestion immobilière, un atout
  • Expérience avec Yardi, un atout
  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et en vente
  • À l’aise de répondre aux demandes de renseignements, d’effectuer des visites, d’assurer le suivi auprès des prospects et de traiter les demandes de location
  • Personne organisée, proactive et capable de travailler de façon autonome dans plusieurs immeubles
  • Disponibilité occasionnelle en soirée et la fin de semaine, selon les besoins
Tâches et responsabilités :
  • Répondre de façon professionnelle aux demandes reçues par téléphone, par courriel ou en personne
  • Évaluer et qualifier les prospects
  • Prendre des rendez-vous et organiser des visites avec les locataires potentiels, tout en assurant les suivis nécessaires
  • Faire visiter les logements et les immeubles, répondre aux questions et présenter les commodités ainsi que le quartier
  • Accompagner les prospects dans le processus de qualification en recueillant les renseignements requis et en procédant aux vérifications nécessaires
  • S’assurer que les logements sont prêts pour l’emménagement dans les délais prévus
  • Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle aux résidents
  • Participer aux efforts de fidélisation et de rétention des résidents
  • Coordonner les documents liés aux locations, aux baux et aux paiements
  • Effectuer des études de marché trimestrielles
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche ou procédure connexe, selon les besoins

We are a Property Management company in search of a full-time leasing agent (40 hrs per week) for a residential apartment portfolio in Montreal, QC.
Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in French and English, written and spoken
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle to travel between properties
  • Residential leasing/property management experience preferred
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Comfortable responding to leads, conducting showings, following up with prospects and processing rental applications
  • Organized, proactive and able to work independently between multiple properties
  • Some evening/weekend availability as required
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handle all telephone, email and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner
  • Process qualifying prospects
  • Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective callers with proper follow up
  • Touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community
  • Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks
  • Ensure units are prepared for move-in in a timely manner
  • Excellent customer service to residents to exceed their expectations
  • Resident retention.
  • Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals, leases and payment
  • Quarterly market surveys
  • Other duties and/or procedures as required.
