Salary range (but not limited to):

40,300 - 49,300

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role

Nous recherchons un(e) agent(e) indemnisation I pour rejoindre notre equipe en pleine expansion. Vous jouerez un role cle de soutien et d'aide aux experts en sinistre dans le traitement des reclamations en assurance automobile et habitation, en assurant les suivis necessaires, la coordination avec les intervenants et l'execution des taches administratives reliees aux dossiers.

Contrat temporaire de 6 mois

Ce que vous ferez ici:

  • Soutenir les experts en sinistre dans le traitement des dossiers de reclamation auto et habitation.
  • Effectuer des suivis avec les clients (courriels/SMS/appels) afin de faire progresser leur dossier et obtenir l'information manquante.
  • Assurer les suivis avec divers intervenants : fournisseurs, ateliers de reparation, services de police et autres partenaires.
  • Realiser des taches administratives liees aux dossiers (ex. transcrire et completer des releves de dommages, mise a jour des notes au dossier, classement de documents).
  • Utiliser plusieurs systemes informatiques en parallele et appliquer adequatement les outils et processus disponibles pour optimiser la gestion des dossiers.
  • Assurer le soutien, le respect des etapes du processus, ainsi que des normes et delais de service etablis.
  • Faire preuve d'une approche professionnelle, empathique et orientee client, incluant la gestion des appels plus difficiles.

Profil recherche:

  • Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou collegiales (formation en administration des affaires un atout) ou toute combinaison equivalente de formation et d'experience.
  • Minimum 1 an d'experience dans un poste de service a la clientele et/ou dans un poste administratif.
  • Aisance marquee avec l'informatique : capacite a naviguer entre plusieurs applications/systemes simultanement et a effectuer de la saisie de donnees avec rigueur.
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication, souci du detail et sens de l'organisation.
  • Capacite a maintenir un niveau de performance eleve et constant (qualite et volume).
  • Adaptabilite au changement (ex. changements de procedures, nouveaux outils, ajustements operationnels).
  • Aucune experience de travail au Canada n'est requise, mais vous devez etre autorise(e) a y travailler.
