Description :

Nous recherchons un(e) éducateur(trice) spécialisé(e) pour le centre jeunesse de Baie Comeau.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d'accompagner des individus aux prises avec des défis uniques et de veiller à leur développement holistique.

Votre mission consistera à favoriser l'inclusion, à améliorer les compétences sociales et à soutenir l'autonomie des personnes que vous accompagnez. Vous travaillerez avec divers partenaires communautaires et professionnels pour créer des environnements propices à l'apprentissage.

Taches principales :

En général, l'éducateur ou éducatrice en matière de santé doit :

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et programmes de promotion de la santé.
  • Concevoir et animer des ateliers avec des membres de la collectivité sur des sujets liés à la santé.
  • Offrir du soutien aux personnes ayant besoin d'aide dans une situation liée à la santé comme une grossesse, une naissance, les soins à donner à un nourrisson ou une déficience.
  • Concevoir, à l'intention des bénéficiaires, des documents d'information et d'éducation sur le style de vie sain.
  • Renseigner le public sur les services de santé et services sociaux offerts dans leur localité.
  • Travailler de concert avec divers organismes, organismes gouvernementaux, groupes sociaux et communautaires.
  • Utiliser des logiciels de présentation et des traitements de texte.

Exigences :

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales ou baccalauréat en éducation spécialisée, service social ou domaine connexe
  • RCR Valide
  • Formation Loi 90 obligatoire
  • Expérience préalable en intervention avec des groupes vulnérables
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à résoudre des problématiques complexes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Mobilité pour se déplacer vers des régions éloignées et flexibilité d'horaire
