Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality orthopedic care to patients, including the execution of diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive measures under physician supervision.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations by taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests, including radiology reports and lab results.
  • Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans, which may include prescribing medications, ordering therapies, and assisting in a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Oversee patient care across a continuum that includes urgent care visits, inpatient management, and follow-ups in both hospital and outpatient settings.
  • Coordinate urgent referrals and consultations, delivering timely care to patients across the community who require specialized orthopedic attention.
  • Maintain clear communication with patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care, ensuring their understanding and engagement in the process.

  • Ability to obtain a DEA Certificate within three (3) months of hire.

  • Proficient organizational abilities to manage patients' needs effectively, maintaining high standards of care.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in wound care management and familiarity with best practices in orthopedic procedures.

  • Demonstrated ability to work overtime or flexible hours as needed to meet patient demands.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and performing tasks required for patient care operations.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 160,000 to 200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
