Work Monday - Thursday with Fridays off!
Urethane Molder - 2nd shift 10 hour shift - 4 day work week!
Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-12:30am (occasional OT on Fridays)
Molded Dimensions Group, headquartered in Port Washington WI, is a premier provider of molded rubber, urethane and plastic parts used in a variety of industries from heavy machines to small engines, marine, waste management, automotive, medical food processing, construction and mining, just to name a few. Our employees are enthusiastic and skilled individuals who are valued members of the MDG family.
We are looking for a 2nd shift Molder (2:30pm-12:30am M-Th / occasional Friday OT) in our Urethane facility in Port Washington. This unique opportunity entails accurately mixing liquid resin, pouring mixture into heated molds and inspecting finished product. Preferred experience in molding or related industry, with manufacturing experience a plus.
General duties include:
  • Set-up, mix, mold, assemble, and inspect molded products
  • Prepare molds, inserts, and hardware for molding per work instructions and/or other criteria and per the production schedule.
  • Mold all products per process sheets, work instructions and/or prints.
  • Remove product and/or inserts from mold

Troubleshoot quality defects and make appropriate adjustments.
  • Clean and/or prepare all mold surfaces when done to prepare for next molding.
  • Verify product meets all appropriate visual specifications and/or criteria.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and make appropriate quality adjustments when necessary
  • General machine operation with the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow process instructions are a must
