URETHANE TECHNICIAN
Monday - Friday 
6:00 or 8:00 until job is completed 
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
  • Cast urethane rollers, rods, wheels, and other polyurethane products
  • Perform compression molding of seals
  • Operate safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
  • Work with molds and follow production specifications (training provided if no prior experience)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Follow safety guidelines and production procedures
  • Work overtime as required by production needs
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS  
  • Prior production experience preferred
  • Manufacturing experience and knowledge of molds a plus
  • Basic computer navigation and data entry skills required
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
  • Dependable, motivated, and able to follow detailed instructions
  • Full-time availability with willingness to work overtime
