What you'll do
Inventory Management:Identify, sort, label, document, and decide the storage of urethane molds and cores to maintain an organized and efficient inventory system.
Urethane Mold Lifecycle Decisions:Initiate decisions to retire molds and cores based on sales history, ensuring inventory remains relevant and cost-effective.
Cross-Department Communication:Collaborate with Sales, Shop, Line supervision, Planning, and Production teams daily to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Documentation and Records:Manage official records of company policies and procedures related to molding and cores, prepare presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets, and databases.
Operational Support:Assist the Operations Supervisor with day-to-day processes and contribute innovative ideas to improve administrative workflows.
Quality Assurance:Support shop supervision in qualifying and assuring consistent product builds.
Event Coordination:Organize company meetings, events, and sessions throughout operations as needed.
Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you'll bring

Must-haves:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and file organization.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and accurately use a tape measure.

Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with sales, engineering, and production teams.

Nice-to-haves:
Experience in inventory, warehouse, or machine shop settings.
Ability to learn and use a micrometer.
