Our client is a collaborative and rapidly growing architectural firm providing architecture, planning, and interior design services across the United States and internationally. They are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join their Raleigh team and contribute to exciting projects ranging from multi-family communities to mixed-use and urban developments.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of designers, planners, and architects while taking an active role in design development, client interactions, project leadership, and mentorship. What You'll Do
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of landscape architectural drawings throughout all phases of project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, planners, and other design professionals to develop creative and effective design solutions.
  • Help establish and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Guide and support project team members while ensuring adherence to landscape architectural standards and best practices.
  • Serve as a key point of contact with clients and contractors throughout construction on larger and more complex projects.
  • Develop and deliver compelling design presentations to clients, review boards, and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in design charrettes, visioning sessions, public outreach efforts, and collaborative work sessions.
  • Research, evaluate, and select products and construction materials that support project goals and design intent.
  • Assist with technical specifications, shop drawing reviews, and construction documentation.
  • Visit project sites to review progress, gather information, and help ensure design intent is successfully implemented.
  • Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, interview participation, and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development and growth.
  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing efforts as needed.
  • Travel periodically to support project and client needs.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture preferred.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a professional design environment.
  • Strong graphic presentation, visual communication, and design skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, and rendering/graphics software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Rhino and other modeling or parametric design tools.
  • Exposure to multi-family, mixed-use, urban, or community-focused development projects.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
