Assistant General Manager - Upscale Casual
Atlanta, GA

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Multi-concept company has full-service and fast-casual restaurants.

Local expansion in the Atlanta, GA area.

  • $60,000-75,000 base salary plus bonus

  • Health, Medical, Dental Insurance

  • 401k

  • Paid Time Off

  • Managers work a 45-50 hour week, five days

  • No late nights!


Hiring managers at all levels for Assistant Manager up to General Manager levels


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
