Owner-Operator, Team, Regional Solo, Local Driver
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and experienced Owner-Operators, Teams, Regional Solos and Local Drivers to join our transportation team. As a driver, you will operate a Class A tractor-trailer on various routes, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of freight nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Class A commercial vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Comply with FMCSA rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as the company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with driver managers and logistics personnel for efficient route planning and updates.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Adhere to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and maintain accurate logs using ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices).
• Ensure proper load securement.
• Maintain a high level of safety, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for temperature requirements and counting product.
• Share driving duties with a partner to maximize delivery efficiency and comply with rest requirements.
Requirements:
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Current DOT physical and medical card
• One or more years of commercial driving experience.
• Must be able to work and live in a truck cab for extended periods (2–4 weeks at a time).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with driving partner.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S., including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience driving a tractor-trailer; reefer experience is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic logbook systems and GPS-based navigation tools.
