What would a typical day look like?

As a Rachelle-Béry health boutique department manager, you will be responsible for :

  • oversee the various management activities for each of the store departments under your supervision;
  • be responsible for the profitability and smooth operations of each store;
  • define objectives, communicate expectations and perform the necessary follow-ups for continuous improvement with your team and supervise the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, merchandising, sales per hour/person in order to ensure business readiness;
  • selects, trains, evaluates and motivates team members, surrounding them with competent people.
