About the job Mailroom Clerk Admin
Mailroom Clerk Admin needs 1 to 3 years of Lockbox experience or related experience
Mailroom Clerk Admin requires:

Mailroom Clerk Admin duties:
  • Receive and sort incoming mail daily
  • Scan incoming priority, express, certified, and FEDEX packages as required
  • Efficiently operate the automated MPS40 mail sorter
  • Assist in researching and identifying the root cause regarding errors in the mailroom
  • Meet mail-out deadlines including reviewing rejects before mail-out
  • Ensure the timely delivery of mail to processors on the production floor
  • Ensure the timely receipt of batches from the production floor for mail out
  • Set-up mail bins for mailroom incoming and outgoing accounts
  • Sort and stage completed lockbox batches into the correct Client mail-out bin
  • Ensure that proper mail-out labels are printed and maintained
  • Monitor mail deliveries from the post office and courier pick-ups for timeliness
  • Ensure all required reports are completed daily
  • Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Prepare mail for delivery to the appropriate areas within the lockbox department, and preparing outgoing packages daily.
