Logistics Customer Service Agent

Leading freight forwarding company is looking for a dynamic Logistics Customer Service Agent for their Miami branch!

The Customer Service Agent facilitates the shipment of cargo via air transport. They are responsible for receiving shipping instructions and following customer specific guidelines in the preparation and transmission of export transactions. This includes processes from booking through confirmation of shipping.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide excellent customer service through email and phone calls
  • Responsible for all aspects of air export office operations, working directly with warehouse and drivers to actively manage the flow of inbound domestic and export air, ground and distribution operations.
  • Will actively support team and work with customers and airlines to book and trace shipments, resolve shipment issues and manage pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Great customer service skills and a positive attitude are a must.
