Throughout the day, you’ll deliver packages to homes and businesses, interact with customers, obtain delivery confirmations, and handle any unexpected route or package issues. The role often requires lifting, carrying, and being on your feet for extended periods. You may also need to communicate regularly with dispatch and coordinate with other drivers in your area. This fast-paced environment rewards efficiency, reliability, and strong customer service skills.
