Manhattan WMS WCS Consultant | Manhattan WMS | Dematic WCS/MHE | PL/SQL | Unix Scripting | Warehouse Operations

Introduction: This position is for a Manhattan WMS WCS Consultant who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Manhattan WMS and Dematic WCS/MHE systems. The consultant will troubleshoot and resolve warehouse production support issues, coordinate with vendors for incident resolution, and support warehouse operations across multiple distribution centers. Strong technical skills in PL/SQL and Unix scripting are required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Manhattan WMS and Dematic WCS/MHE systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse production support issues
  • Coordinate with Dematic/MHE vendors for incident resolution
  • Support warehouse operations across multiple distribution centers
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts and Unix automation scripts
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement automation/process improvements
  • Work closely with warehouse operations and supply chain teams
  • Support reporting and configuration activities in SCI Cognos/LMS environments

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dematic WCS/MHE systems
  • Experience handling production support issues in Dematic environment
  • Experience creating incidents and coordinating with MHE vendors
  • Strong technical experience in PL/SQL
  • Strong Unix Shell Scripting experience
  • Experience with warehouse operations support across distribution centers
  • Process improvement/automation experience in warehouse environments
  • SCI Cognos Reporting experience preferred
  • LMS Configuration experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
