Job description

Overview

We are seeking a University Relations Coordinator to support campus recruiting and intern program operations. This role serves as a key partner to the University Relations team, helping execute recruiting strategies, coordinate events, and manage logistics across the full university hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Support campus recruiting efforts (pre-campus, on-campus, post-campus).
  • Coordinate logistics for career fairs and recruiting events (shipping, tracking, setup, returns).
  • Manage and organize recruiting materials aligned with company branding.
  • Set up and manage events in Yello (scheduling, interview panels, event details).
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and campus partners.
  • Coordinate candidate travel, accommodations, interview logistics, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain candidate tracking systems and assist with applicant distribution.
  • Partner with University Relations Advisors and Program Lead on recruiting initiatives.
  • Onboarding, project coordination, mentor assignments.
  • Intern events, field trips, and presentations.
  • Performance evaluations and offer processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Track recruiting metrics and campus participation data.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly Talent Acquisition reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and Affirmative Action requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • 1+ year of university recruiting or university relations experience preferred
  • Experience supporting advising or university relations teams is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with recruiting/event platforms (Yello preferred, Handshake a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
