Job Title: University Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic University Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced recruiting organization for this 6 month contract (potential of extension/conversion) role. This role involves working closely with a team of program managers to manage intern program-related activities, including onboarding, early career development, and offboarding. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a vital role in shaping our engagement programs, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives. This position is ideal for someone eager to broaden their experience within a top recruiting and development organization!
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Program Managers to design and scale programs that strengthen company culture, accelerate individual development, drive team productivity, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster learning.
  • Support insights for regular business mechanisms, including but not limited to 2x2's, QBRs, and lesson learn documents.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and events, as well as handling customer communications.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on the status of key objectives affecting deliverables.
  • Undertake other projects or tasks as assigned to support the delivery of the AUTA-X team.

Essential Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program management, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones, including starting your working day at 7:00 AM (local time) regularly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with data, particularly strong Excel skills including formulas like V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers, stakeholders, and candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively, work under pressure to meet critical deadlines, and remain flexible in a changing environment.
  • Experience utilizing Asana program management platform.

Work Environment
This 8-5pm (ET), 100% onsite role in Arlington, VA as a Recruiting Coordinator will work in a global organization, requiring flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones. The role involves interacting with interns, managers, and internal stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
