REO Plastics, Inc. is a progressive ISO certified custom injection molding company that has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process & Automation Technician.
Position Summary:
The Process & Automation Technician will be assisting the Process Engineer in designing, building and improving auxiliary equipment to maximize productivity on new and existing products.
Good Understanding of but not limited to

  • CAD, -SolidWorks,
  • PLC's -Mitsubishi, Omron
  • Vision Systems, -Cognex, Eye+, Avalon,
  • Robotics, - Fanuc, Denso, Universal, Wittmann
  • Injection Molding Machines
This is a hands-on experience job. The candidate will need to be able to design, build and implement new end of arm tooling (E.O.A.T). Using CAD softworks, chop saws, band saws, drill presses and other fabricating tools. Good working knowledge of Bridgeport's and power hacksaws. Working Knowledge of CNC machine would be a plus. This candidate would program robots and (or) PLCs to use new E.O.A.T Helping to implement new ideas into production by training production employees with the new equipment and processes.
