Job Title: High School Mathematics Teacher (9th-12th Grade) - Irving Campus 2026-2027
Location: Universal Academy - Irving
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic High School Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team at Universal Academy - Irving for the 2026-2027 academic year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics subjects, including Algebra, PreCalculus, and Geometry, to students from 9th to 12th grade.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with state curriculum standards for high school mathematics.
2. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that facilitate learning and student participation.
3. Assess and evaluate student's progress and provide feedback in a timely manner.
4. Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages student's active participation.
5. Provide additional support to students who are struggling with mathematical concepts.
6. Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate cross-curriculum themes and enhance student learning experience.
7. Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
