Recognized as one of USA Today's Top 100 Places to Work for 2025, Hamadeh Educational Services, Inc. (HES) is an educational service provider that services PK-12 public school academies in the Metro Detroit area and is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Speech and Language Pathologist.

Star International Academy (PreK-12): Dearborn Heights/Canton Township
Universal Academy (PreK-12) - Detroit
Universal Learning Academy (Pre-K-10)- Westland
Noor International Academy (Pre-K-6) - Sterling Heights
JOB POSTING DATE: July 29, 2025
SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides students with speech and communication needs with the appropriate services needed to improve their speech and communication abilities.
• Collaborates with the parents and appropriate school personnel to develop and implement IEPs, 504 and intervention plans.
• Employs a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media, to benefit students with communication needs academically, socially, and personally.
• Administers formal and informal Speech/Language evaluations; reviews and interprets results and makes recommendations accordingly.
• Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulation.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
• Must have current license from the State of Michigan as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
• Must meet continuing education requirements as prescribed by rules promulgated by the State of Michigan, as applicable.
