Westminster Nursing and Rehab - Westminster, MD

As a Unit Manager at Westminster Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. We are part of one of the nation's largest providers of post-acute care, dedicated to Serving with Pride.

About the Role:

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the unit, including:

  • Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to the unit staff to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care.

  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies.

  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.

  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the unit's budget, including labor, supplies, and equipment.
