This leadership role is ideal for an experienced RN who is passionate about patient outcomes, staff development, and operational excellence in a skilled nursing environment.

As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee daily clinical operations on your assigned unit, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while fostering a supportive and patient-centered environment.

About the Role

  • Provide leadership and clinical oversight for nursing staff on the unit

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, patients, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and education

  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
