Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to join our supportive and collaborative leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN who is passionate about leadership, quality care, and professional growth.
As an LPN Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of your assigned unit, ensuring residents receive the high standard of care they expect and deserve. You will assist in supervising clinical staff, providing education and guidance, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, maintaining infection prevention standards, and ensuring appropriate staffing to meet resident needs.

Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must have:
  • An active, unencumbered Illinois LPN license
  • CPR certification
