As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager at Birmingham Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in leading our team of skilled nurses and healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care. With our mission to bring together skilled nursing, therapy, and rehabilitation with the warmth and comfort of true Southern hospitality, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff satisfaction

  • Staff Management: Supervise and develop a team of registered nurses, licensed practical/vocational nurses, and other healthcare professionals

  • Clinical Excellence: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliant and effective care delivery
