Job description

Janitorial Night Unit Manager.

ECSD is locally owned, backed by 50 years of consistent, quality service. We are a premier contract cleaning company working in commercial buildings of all sorts.

Our managers are the key to our success and we are looking to add 1 or 2 new managers as we continue to sign more customers. Each manager usually oversees 20 to 30 buildings and as many cleaners. Most of our cleaners work part time and are done cleaning by 11 PM. Our managers are provided with an iPhone and they are paid for the time and miles they drive between accounts.

Some managers are provided with a company vehicle to use while working at night.

We treat our employees well and work with them closely so they can continue moving up in our company. Bottom line is, if you are an employee with our company, you can move up as far as you want if you are capable and available. You determine your positon with the company as you demonstrate your abilties. This company has amazing opportunities for people who want to manage others and can build a cohesive team.

Our night managers start each night at 4 PM at our office and then work in our customer buildings to develop the cleaners they oversee. They also work closely with the fill-in cleaners and supporting people who assist them as they oversee an area of business. Managers are expected to use their own vehicle to visit accounts but they are compensated well for the miles they drive and the time between accounts.

If you like to build a team and take ownership of your job, this is an opportunity that may work for you. We are looking for people who like a challenge and enjoy working with people to make sure employees like their job and customers are happy with our service.

Our mangers need to pass a drug test and they must be able to work in all types of buildings, including government buildings.
