Job description

Turn Ideas into Impact—Fast Cor Partners seeks a Senior Director, Head of Product Velocity to lead our enterprise acceleration engine. This role establishes and scales a modern, product‑led delivery model combining Extreme Co‑Design, AI‑enabled engineering, and rapid prototyping to move from idea to MVP in days, not months. You’ll replace slow, requirements‑driven processes with collaborative, business‑aligned innovation—dramatically reducing time‑to‑value while improving adoption and quality across Engle Martin, Eberl, Envista, and DBI.

What You’ll DoStrategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute the enterprise Product Velocity strategy and product‑led operating model.
  • Align delivery with enterprise priorities, architecture standards, and platform strategy.
Extreme Co‑Design & Rapid Delivery
  • Lead and scale Extreme Co‑Design, enabling teams to move from idea→prototype→MVP→scaled solution.
  • Build a Co‑Design Center of Excellence to standardize execution and drive adoption.
AI‑Enabled Acceleration
  • Drive the use of agentic AI tools to accelerate product definition and engineering delivery.
  • Enable teams to generate requirements, workflows, and prototypes faster while reducing ambiguity.
Product Management & Value Delivery
  • Establish modern product management practices: ownership, roadmaps, outcome‑based prioritization.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify high‑impact opportunities and align initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions are user‑centered, adopted, and designed for real operational workflows.
Performance & Metrics
  • Establish and track Product Velocity metrics: idea‑to‑prototype timelines, MVP speed, adoption rates, ROI.
  • Continuously improve delivery effectiveness and eliminate bottlenecks.
Team Leadership
  • Build and lead a high‑performing team of Product Owners, Co‑Design facilitators, and AI/automation specialists.
  • Foster a culture of speed, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • 12–15+ years in product management, digital delivery, or technology leadership.
  • Proven experience building and scaling product‑led delivery organizations.
  • Deep expertise in Agile, rapid prototyping, MVP delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation in product or engineering workflows.
  • Strong track record in matrixed, multi‑business unit environments.
  • Transformation mindset with focus on speed, quality, and measurable business impact.
  • Atlanta or NY/NJ are preferred locations but open for the right candidate.
