Our team is looking for an MRO Business Unit Manager / Director to join them. You will report to the General Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.

To be considered for the MRO Business Unit Manager / Directoropening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • 10+ years of experience in a repair or manufacturing environment managing a team.

  • Candidate must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.

As an MRO Business Unit Manager / Director, you will:

  • Bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset to the role, with a solid focus on growing the business in a profitable manner.

  • Have a strong understanding of an Income Statement and factors that influence a P&L budget

  • Create and enact strategic plans (budgets, re-budgeting, long and short-term forecasting, 5-year planning)

  • Propose and maintain a clear medium and long-term growth strategy (revenue & profitability) for the organization.

  • Possess a good working knowledge of repair processes, estimating, procurement, and quality in the aviation industry.

  • Possess the operational experience and knowledge required to quickly identify and analyze opportunities and how they might benefit the company.

  • Provide effective written and verbal communication to create professional communication at executive level.

  • Develop, demonstrate, and maintain excellent executive leadership skills with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.

  • Possess the necessary confidence and personal skills to establish and build successful business and customer relationships with key stakeholders.
