Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Unit Manager (UM), Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Concord, NH
Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (5x8)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Assignment Duration: 9 weeks (potential for extension)
Compensation: $62/hr ($2,480/week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Unit Manager to oversee daily operations within our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Concord, NH. The RN Unit Manager will provide leadership to nursing staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff within the assigned unit.

  • Oversee resident care delivery and ensure adherence to individualized care plans.

  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and participate in evaluations.
