Using Your Leadership Skills and Experience You Will

·Oversee a portfolio of successful stores: develop multi-unit level strategies to achieve each store’s financial, operational and customer-service goals, while addressing each store’s unique strengths and challenges

·Lead a team of leaders by motivating, coaching and strengthening General Manager’s and Assistant Managers as team leaders

·Serve as a resource: provide expertise on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations and company policies and procedures

Responsibilities Include (partial list):

·Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers

·Ensure all restaurants are meeting operational and food safety standards

·Establish sales and service goals and help ensure they are met

·Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvement in restaurant operations, execution, sales and profitability

·Provides great guest service and problem resolution

·Lead team meetings

·Ensure that restaurants correctly execute new products and processes in a marketing window

·Recruit, hire, onboard and develop team members

·Plan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance

·Coach and mentor team members

We'd Love to Hear from People Who Have:

·Experience in a multi-unit environment with restaurant experience, quick service and drive thru experience is a plus, managing 3 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service

oNote: Not required if experience as a high caliber General Manager in the restaurant industry has been established.

·Management experience leading diverse teams, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills

·Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

·Willingness to learn and embrace change in a fast-paced environment

·A team player that has a great attitude, is honest and works with integrity, and works well with others.

Requirements:

Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
