Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices to evaluate mental health conditions and substance use issues.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic modalities that align with each client’s specific goals and needs.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, or families, utilizing a range of techniques tailored to diverse client backgrounds and challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure that clients receive cohesive care throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
