The primary focus of this position will be on school-aged children and adolescents dealing with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is essential.
• An active LCSW license in California is required for the role.
• Capacity to manage a caseload of diverse clients effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for interacting with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience, preferably within a school setting or with youth populations.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document clinical activities and patient interactions.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
