Your attentiveness and friendly demeanor ensure smooth operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, directly contributing to the overall success and reputation of our organization.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Providetimelyand courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest serviceculture

  • Providetimelyand courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest serviceculture

  • Assign guest roomsin accordance withcurrent policies andprocedures

  • Process guest check-outs and handle account postings accurately andefficiently

  • Manage cash flow in assigned bank, including performingaccuratefinancialtransactions

  • Handle special guest requests and resolve complaints to ensure complete guestsatisfaction

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel occupancy, in-house groups, andspecial eventsto support front deskoperations

  • Assistother departments with guest-related needs to ensure seamlessservice

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to theposition

  • Provide outstanding guest servicein a timely mannerto both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culturestandards

  • Perform other duties asassigned

Qualifications

  • 6 monthsofexperience in a similar role or with relevant transferrable skillspreferred

  • Strong guest service abilities and proventrack recordof delivering exceptionalservice

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-pacedenvironment

  • Strong communicationskills and willingness to work as part of ateam

  • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious workenvironment

  • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computersystem
