This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Office of Human Resources. As a
Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the Bureau's human resources management (HR) program, its HR program operations, and the integration of the HR initiatives into, and in support of, the overall BEP resource management program for both (Washington, DC and Fort Worth, TX) facilities.Qualifications:
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Advising leadership on workforce composition and long-range workforce planning strategies; AND
- Leading restructuring initiatives, consolidations, and realignment efforts to support evolving business needs; AND
- Supervising a staff of Human Resource professionals responsible for Staffing, Recruitment, and Classification functions; AND
- Leading labor union/management relations and bargaining negotiations; AND
- Guiding Human Resource policy development and compliance operations.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following
time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the
GS-15, you must have been at the
