What You'll Do:
As a National Account Representative, you'll be the architect of our client relationships within the labor union benefit sector. Your role is about consistent, thoughtful engagement that leads to meaningful partnerships.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Implement a structured, long-cycle sales process specifically targeting labor union benefit offices across the U.S.
  • Trust Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including plan administrators, office managers, and union leadership.
  • Referral Development: Build and nurture referral channels through third-party administrators, benefits software providers, insurance representatives, and other industry influencers.
  • Brand Representation: Actively represent Onsite Logic and the SecureUnions.com brand at national trade shows, webinars, and speaking engagements to generate awareness and leads.
  • Deal Progression: Proactively move deals forward with persistence, diligent follow-up, and value-driven communication, even when decision-making timelines are extended.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records for all communications, follow-ups, and proposals, ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, deliverable alignment, and clear expectation setting.
  • Reputation Management: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and reliability, always with a long-term view of reputation and client success.

What Success Looks Like (Your Scorecard):
  • Consistently conduct a minimum of 40 quality sales conversations per week, meticulously logged in our CRM, to maintain a robust and healthy pipeline.
  • Successfully close 2 new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) clients per month, contributing at least $5,000 in new MRR monthly.
  • Achieve a 90%+ accuracy rate on all proposals and communication records.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a minimum of 10 active centers of influence or referral partners.
  • Maintain 100% CRM compliance by accurately logging all outreach, appointments, and pipeline activity.
  • Demonstrate a consistently positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and accessibility.

What You'll Bring:
  • Strong preference for prior experience selling or marketing to labor union benefit offices, particularly from backgrounds such as third-party administrators, benefit plan software, or insurance/consulting firms serving Taft-Hartley funds and/or Multiemployer Fund Organizations.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales roles, with a clear focus on relationship development and managing long sales cycles.
  • Comfort and proficiency in working independently while adhering to a disciplined, repeatable process with consistent activity.
  • Technologically competent: Able to effectively use CRM systems, video platforms, email tools, and follow-up automation.
  • No prior technical cybersecurity experience is required; we seek a willingness to learn and confidently articulate our value to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), excellent follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Base Salary: $75,000-$110,000 DOE
OTE: $130,000-$180,000+
