Our client is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to provide hands-on HR support for two recently acquired, non-union manufacturing sites. This is a foundational role focused on establishing HR fundamentals, supporting employees and managers day-to-day, and helping integrate systems and processes into a global organization. The role offers meaningful exposure and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site HR support including onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration
  • Maintain HR systems, documentation, and people data with strong attention to detail
  • Support recruiting coordination, payroll alignment, and HR integration projects
  • Build trusted relationships with employees in small, close-knit site environments
