Qualifications

  • Current CNA license (proof required)
  • One year of caregiving experience preferred—motivated new caregivers encouraged to apply
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
  • Compassion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience is a plus
  • Listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry with no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation


Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and bathroom assistance
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Remind clients about medications and help with daily routines
  • Document care accurately and communicate changes to the team
