Overview
Tecolote is a trusted independent advisor providing consulting, analytics, and digital solutions to senior leadership and Federal government executives supporting the National Security mission. As a Cost Analyst, you will be the go-to person support of large-scale DoD acquisition programs. Responsibilities
  • Work may include:
    • Parametric cost estimating
    • Life cycle cost analysis
    • Cost estimating relationships and model development
    • Cost risk analysis
    • Cost-benefit analysis
    • Performance measurement (earned value)
    • Project forecasting and risk assessment
    • Software cost estimating
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $130,000/Year, DOE

Skills Required
  • Must have experience developing a Life Cycle Cost estimate using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) in support of a Milestone decision
  • Experience with generating milestone documentation is a plus
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition policies are required
  • A successful candidate should be able to lead the cost estimating activities for the Milestone decision.
  • We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent quantitative and analytical skills with considerable growth potential.
  • Varying years of experience in analysis and technical management may qualify for a range of Tecolote job categories 5 or more equivalent years of experience in analysis and technical management are required
  • DoD top secret security clearance required

Education
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
