The Opportunity:

You will construct and lay durable commercial masonry structures using top-tier materials alongside long-tenured field professionals. This role delivers steady weekly pay, union-backed benefits, and direct access to paid training programs to advance your career.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Construct, repair, and install commercial brick, block, and structural stone assemblies according to project specifications.
  • Measure distance points and lay out pattern courses using plumb bobs, levels, and laser alignment tools.
  • Mix, apply, and finish mortar formulations to ensure optimal bond strength and structural integrity.
  • Cut and shape masonry units using power saws, chisels, and specialized field equipment.
  • Fasten masonry to structural frameworks using anchors, ties, and reinforcing steel components.
  • Collaborate with union crew members and field supervisors to meet rigorous quality and safety standards.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong physical endurance, spatial awareness, and dedication to job site safety protocols.
  • Openness to entry-level candidates committed to developing a career in commercial masonry.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to job sites outside a 30-mile radius of the primary location.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of commercial bricklaying or masonry experience in field operations.
  • Journeyman Bricklayer status with 7–10 years of specialized union experience.
