Job description

Position:  Piano Accompanist for musical theater and dance

Program/Department:  Regional Center for the Arts (RCA)
Position Length:  Seasonal, flexible as needed
Salary Range:  $125 per service 
Anticipated Start Date:  October 1, 2026
Closing Date of Applications:  Open until filled
Qualifications:  Significant professional experience or Bachelor's Degree in subject.  Certification is NOT required.  
Responsibilities:  RCA is a part-time inter-district magnet high school committed to bringing together people of diverse cultural heritage to develop in all students the knowledge, skills, attitudes and self-discipline to reach their fullest artistic potential, to live a productive life and to contribute to society as creative engaged citizens.  We are seeking an accomplished piano accompanist seeking a position with flexible hours.  The selected candidate must be able to play a wide range of musical theater repertoire as well as basic classical repertoire.  The successful candidate will play for musical theater auditions and rehearsals, as well as accompany ballet classes at RCA.
