Job Summary:

They are seeking a Senior AI Research Scientist responsible for exploring advanced AI methodologies, prototyping models, collaborating with product teams, and contributing to open-source projects.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Explore workflowโ€‘aware planning, costโ€‘optimised RAG, toolโ€‘use evaluation, and multiโ€‘agent collaboration.
โ€ข Prototype and benchmark models; present findings internally and externally.
โ€ข Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ship researchโ€‘backed features.
โ€ข Contribute to openโ€‘source repos and author technical blogs.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related fieldโ€”or equivalent experience.
โ€ข Handsโ€‘on with PyTorch/JAX and modern LLM frameworks.
โ€ข Strong publication record in top-tier ML venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or demonstrable impactful experimental work; handsโ€‘on experience with largeโ€‘scale model training, transformer architectures, reinforcementโ€‘learning techniques, and CUDA.
