Job description

DeMaio's Incorporated an environmental contracting, consulting, and engineering firm is looking for someone to come on board to assist in clerical office duties. Administrative Support position which includes but is not limited to assisting with preparing proposals, invoices, answer telephones, draft letters, permitting, etc. Candidate would also be tasked with assisting in scheduling construction projects, and coordinating various components of the project. Scheduling experience is a plus.


Position would be tasked with filling out form letters and form reports. Person with an attention to detail, and is well organized is a must.

This position is an office position, and requires a person to be organized and flexible. Fast paced environment. Computer experience (Windows, Microsoft Office, & QuickBooks) is a must. Emphasis placed on QuickBooks experience. Experience with State Bids/Contracts a plus. Bookkeeping experience is a plus as well.
