Underground Storage Tank Installer

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Travel: Approximately 10%

We are seeking an experienced Fuel Construction Technician/UST Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, removal, maintenance, and upgrading of fuel storage and distribution systems. Projects include municipal facilities, airports, government sites, hospitals, and oil & gas facilities, offering a variety of challenging and rewarding work environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and remove underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks.
  • Install fuel piping, containment systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Perform excavation, trenching, grading, compaction, and site restoration activities.
  • Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and compactors.
  • Support environmental remediation and fuel system construction projects.
  • Follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of fuel construction experience.
  • Experience with underground and/or aboveground storage tank installation and removal.
  • Proficient in operating heavy equipment on active construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA standards and excavation safety practices.
  • CDL and HAZWOPER certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parker, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
