Job description

Summary:
Enters jobs for reprocessing through the lab using the Innovations program based on tray priority and sorts rejected jobs as required for section breakage analysis. Assists in conducting process verification and production counts. Prepares and maintains area for Breakage Entry and performs general daily and weekly maintenance. .

Pay Class: Full Time
Pay: $15.60 - $16.90 per hour
Essential Responsibilities:
Prioritize tray processing flow as dictated by tray color or worksheet priority.
Prioritize backlogged tray flow processing using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
Validate correct documents are in tray.
Confirm physical Breakage-to-Breakage Slip, sort and separate trays for further processing.
Enter breakage data using Innovations software, print new work order, prepare tray for further processing.
Ability to communicate and escalate with peers and principles.
Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations and overall facility.
Practice and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS), as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy work place environment
Verify, scan out and wrap uncut jobs from surface inspection, to be shipped to stores.
Conduct process check verification for variables data based on Manufacturing Process Control Plan and record results digitally.
Enter production data on production boards, perform section start, and end counts as required.
Ensures all jobs are correctly scanned, wrapped and sorted for shipping to stores.
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience & Background:
One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferred
Language Skills:
Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Mathematical Skills:
Ability General mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
Reasoning Ability
Ability to think logically in following procedures and instruction
General problem solving abilities
Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
