As a Payroll Specialist, a typical day will include the following responsibilities/duties: Responsible for Multi-state payroll processing with strong Deltek Costpoint and UKG experience. Key Responsibilities: * Review Timesheets
* Post Labor
* Process Payroll
* Entering salary changes, new hires and terminations
* Perform maintenance on system to include setting up contract work forces, employee records, etc.
* Conduct briefings for employee and supervisors
* Assist with audits when needed
* Respond to employees questions Required Qualifications: * Deltek Costpoint experience
* 2+ years  experience with processing payroll 
* The ability to multi-task
* Discretion handling confidential information
* Self-motivated and able to work independently completing tasks.
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of Federal/state tax laws and withholdings
* Education Req: BA/BS / Years of Exp: 2+  Desired Qualification * * Experience with UKG (Ultipro) system
