ULs, or Underwriters Laboratories, are safety certification professionals who test and certify products to ensure they meet established safety standards. Their primary role is to evaluate products, materials, and systems for potential hazards, helping manufacturers comply with regulatory requirements. UL certification is widely recognized and trusted, providing assurance to consumers and businesses that products have been rigorously tested for safety. ULs often work in laboratories or on-site inspections and collaborate with manufacturers to improve product safety.
