Together, we're building the future we all aspire to - making net zero a reality.Role OverviewThe UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Workforce Management Sr. Analyst is a strategic and technical liaison between MPW and the time manager vendor (UKG). The Sr. Analyst also manages, maintains, and supports the UKG Workforce Management system (WFM) for MPWA. This role leverages exceptional customer service and technical time expertise to ensure the ongoing delivery of time services across the organization. This includes identifying time needs and managing the vendor relationship to ensure a consistently successful time program. The position focuses on process improvement to ensure continued customer satisfaction and vendor alignment that meets business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership.
  • Drive operational efficiency by managing the time service provider relationship, ensuring a positive internal customer experience. 
  • Provide consultative product and subject matter expertise to clients.
  • Act as an escalation point for time issues, collaborating with the vendor to resolve concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
  • Install, implement, modify, and upgrade Time Management software and applications to meet changing business needs and technology.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the time provider contract, including the responsibilities of internal customers and vendors, to ensure the proper delivery of services.
  • Proactively and effectively communicate with customers, ensuring transparency and alignment with their payroll requirements.
  • Oversee time system configurations to ensure they align with MPWA BU's practices.
  • Provides annual data to help facilitate the fiscal year budget process Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
  • Ensure the team develops and documents SOPs and user guidelines.
  • Research, document, configure, and test all functional elements involving rules and policies.
  • Meet project task milestones and due dates.
  • Reviews all communication and actively communicates with customers to update them on project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of WFM system analysts.
  • Understand, communicate, and reinforce best standard business practices, concepts, and methodology.
  • Travel up to 5% within the United States.
 Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education/experience/certifications.:
  • At least 5 years of experience of progressive HRIS/Kronos experience.
  • Any special skills/training/certifications.
  • Advanced knowledge and application skills with SharePoint, Microsoft Products, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and some knowledge of PMGM, Succession Planning, LMS and Workforce Analytics.
  • Experience in leading large systems-oriented projects (e.g. upgrades, configuration, implementations, integrations, etc.).
  • Understanding of human capital analytics and HR reporting requirements/strategies.
