Job description

Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer
Experience: 10+ years
Portfolio Required: Yes
About Us
At Codvo, we build scalable, future-ready digital platforms that drive real business impact. We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership-where designers work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences. If you thrive in complex product environments and care deeply about design quality from concept to production, this role is for you.
Position Overview
Codvo is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with 10+ years of experience and a strong balance of UX thinking and UI craftsmanship. This role is ideal for a designer who excels in high-quality UI design, advanced prototyping, and design systems, and who actively partners with Product Owners and Development teams post-design to ensure design fidelity and consistency.
You will be responsible not only for creating intuitive and visually refined experiences but also for continuously auditing implemented designs, identifying gaps between design and development, and coordinating seamlessly to maintain design integrity across releases.
Key Responsibilities
UX & Product Design
  • Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for complex digital products, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
  • Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interaction models.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineers to shape clear and actionable design solutions.
  • Work with international clients and adapt designs to global user expectations.

UI Design & Prototyping (Strong Focus)
  • Create high-quality, visually polished UI designs with strong attention to layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and interaction details.
  • Build advanced, realistic prototypes in Figma to clearly communicate interactions, transitions, and states.
  • Ensure designs are scalable, accessible, and consistent across platforms (web and responsive SaaS products).

Design Systems
  • Work extensively with design systems, ensuring consistent application of components, patterns, and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
  • Ensure scalability and reusability of UI components across products.

Post-Design Collaboration & Design Audits
  • Actively engage post design handoff, working closely with Product Owners and development teams during implementation.
  • Conduct regular design audits to identify mismatches between design and developed output.
  • Flag UI/UX inconsistencies, usability issues, and deviations from design standards early.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with engineering teams to resolve gaps and ensure high design fidelity in production.
  • Participate in design QA reviews before and after releases.

Design Leadership & Collaboration
  • Advocate for design quality, usability, and consistency across teams.
  • Clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement in design workflows.

Innovation & Tools
  • Stay up to date with modern UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Continuously refine workflows to improve speed, quality, and collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for complex digital products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UI design skills, UX problem-solving, and high-fidelity prototyping.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, variants, prototyping).
  • Strong understanding of responsive SaaS products, web interaction patterns, and accessibility principles.
  • Proven experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams through development and release cycles.
  • Experience conducting design audits and design QA during and after implementation.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.

Why Join Codvo
  • Work on impactful, large-scale digital products.
  • Collaborate with experienced product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Influence design quality beyond handoff-right through to production.
  • A culture that values design craft, ownership, and continuous improvement.
