Job description

Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Ball Outdoor is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in our Eastwood office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office and receive and coordinate customer requests.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized part-time Administrative Assistant to support our landscape and home construction company. The ideal candidate will have some college education, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to phone calls professionally and promptly.

  • File receipts and expenses accurately in QuickBooks.

  • Coordinate customer meetings and appointments through our Customer Management System

  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist with general office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Some college education required.

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful but not required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule

  • Part-time hours, flexible schedule. Students at University of Houston andย UH Downtownย are encouraged to apply. 20hrs minย approx. 4 hour per day or moreย
