What You'll Do
  • Develop, refine, and oversee the voice ofComplex Bets across TikTok, demonstrating excellent judgment around sports betting, predictive markets, sports culture, and internet-native conversation.
  • Create, curate, and publish all content for the Complex Bets TikTok account, balancing entertainment, education, and audience engagement.
  • Identify and capitalize on trending sports, betting, and prediction market narratives, creating content around major sporting events, market swings, cultural moments, and internet discourse.
  • Lead community management, moderation, and audience engagement while maintaining the distinct voice of Complex Bets.
  • Surface and pitch viral betting storylines, sports narratives, predictive market movements, and social-first content opportunities to editorial and social teams.
  • Translate betting lines, futures, prop bets, prediction markets, and sports data into engaging, digestible TikTok content.
