Job description

Position Overview                                                                                               

The Department of Community Health and Family Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville seeks a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician, MD/DO, to join us. The position is for Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor level on a clinical non-tenure accruing track at our outpatient care office - UF Health Family Medicine.

This position is up to fulltime and will report to the medical director and chair of the department at the University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville.  Base salary is based on experience and guaranteed with significant additional productivity incentives and benefits

Position Highlights:

  • BC/BE (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Clinic Hours: MonFri, 8:00 AM5:00 PM with flexible schedule options (once panel is full)
  • Approximately 18-20 patient visits per day (Flexible age ranges)
  • Solo physician along with 2 nurse practitioners
  • Medical Director role eventually available.
  • Competitive salary with productivity, quality of care and profit-sharing incentives
